NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A third person has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of a 65-year-old man whose body was found wrapped in plastic bags on the roof of a McDonald’s in the Bronx in July, the NYPD said Wednesday.

Angel Andino, 22, of Sidney, New York, was arrested and charged with murder on Aug. 13 in connection with 65-year-old Richard Hamlet’s death, police said Wednesday. His attorney information wasn’t immediately available.

Jonathan Rodriguez, 21, of Baychester, and Ayame Stamoulis, 18, of East Flatbush, were previously arrested in connection with Hamlet's death. Rodriguez was charged with murder and criminally negligent homicide, while Stamoulis was charged with murder.

Officers responding to a 911 call around 6 a.m. on July 15 found Hamlet’s body on the roof of a McDonald’s on East 149th Street, in the Melrose section of the Bronx, the NYPD said. Hamlet’s body was wrapped in a plastic bag, police said.

It wasn’t clear whether Hamlet knew the three people who have been arrested.
