NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An Amber Alert has been canceled for a 7-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted from Pennsylvania Friday afternoon. She has been found safe in New York City.

A suspect is in custody and charges are pending.

Officials said her biological father, Juan Pablo Torres, abducted her. The girl was “taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that (she is) in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death,” the state’s Amber Alert website says.

Officials did not say where the girl was found.

New York state issued an Amber Alert for Giselle Torres around 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
