Broadway shows canceled for rest of 2020

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Broadway performances will now be suspended for the remainder of 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Broadway League announced Monday,

Refunds and exchanges for tickets purchased for all performances through January 3, 2021 are now being offered by Broadway theaters.

"Those holding tickets for performances through January 3, 2021 will receive an e-mail from their point of purchase with detailed information regarding refund and exchange options," the League said in a statement. "Any customers holding tickets through January 3, 2021 that have not received an e-mail by July 13th are advised to contact their point of purchase for assistance after this date."
