NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Flights were delayed all over the country due to a technical issue this morning, reports ABC7.

This includes hundreds of passengers at JFK and Newark Liberty Airports, particularly for JetBlue and American Airlines.

Several Twitter posts have shown customers waiting in long lines for JetBlue flights.

The booking and reservation system used by several airlines had difficulties starting up this morning.

JetBlue released a statement, "Systems are recovering after a global Sabre outage impacting multiple airlines. JetBlue customers may experience longer lines in some airports this morning."
