Man, 20, charged after anti-Semitic rant caught on video on LI

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Nassau County Police arrested a man they said harrassed a group of people and child on Long Island

According to detectives, 20-year-old Justin Pichizaca, of Queens threatened a 37 and 34-year-old man and an 11-year-old child with physical violence while at Costco in Lawrence, located at 605 Rockaway Turnpike.

Pichizaca also yelled religious slurs at them.

Avrumi Fri, said via his facebook that he was in the bathroom when Pichizaca walked out of the stalls and told him "Nazis will finish you off."

Fri followed him out of the bathroom and began to record as a result of Pichizaca’s actions, police say.

The video of this incident assisted with the investigation and lead detectives to Pichizaca's arrest.

Officials charged Pichizaca with aggravated harassment and menacing.

He is expected in court on Tuesday.
