NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Hot, sticky, stormy weather kicks off the workweek after a line of storms roared through the tri-state on Sunday.
Some storms may linger across our area overnight into Monday after Sunday’s weather sparked severe thunderstorm and flash flood warnings from North Jersey to Manhattan and Westchester.
Highs will near 90 degrees in the city on Monday, with RealFeel temperatures between 95 and 100 degrees, according to AccuWeather. There will be a mix of sun and clouds throughout the day.
It turns cooler and less humid later in the week, with generally dry weather by Friday and the weekend, AccuWeather says.
