Police looking for Queens burglars behind 6 break-ins

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for people connected to six burglaries in Queens over the last few weeks.

All six burglaries took place in Whitestone, and each involved forcing open a window or door to the residence.

The most recent burglary happened on Saturday evening near the corner of 149th St. and 22nd Ave. in Whitestone. It’s not known what, if anything, was taken.

Other burglaries includes one on Oct. 25, where a laptop and jewelry were stolen; two on Oct. 28, where jewelry and a total of $15,000 were stolen; and two on Nov. 8, where jewelry and clothing were taken.
