Police seek 'person of interest' after firework flies into NYC apartment, burns 3-year-old boy

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD has released a photo of a “person of interest” it is seeking in connection with a firework that flew through a window and burned a 3-year-old boy. 

Police said the boy was in his sixth-floor apartment near West 167 Street and Anderson Avenue shortly after midnight on June 24 when a firework came in through the window and exploded.
