VIDEO: Protester arrested after scaling 'Skyscraper' ride on NJ pier

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, N.J (1010 WINS) -- Police arrested a man after he climbed to the top of a ride on Casino Pier in Seaside Heights, New Jersey on Monday morning.The man later identified as Chris Angulo climbed to the top of the 170-foot Skyscraper ride where he put up an American flag.

According to Seaside Heights Borough Administrator Christopher Vaz,  the man, "...has an issue with a police department somewhere on Barnegat Bay Peninsula. Not our PD."He climbed back down and then taken into custody after 10 a.m.
