CHICAGO (1010 WINS) -- No decision was made regarding R. Kelly's request to travel to overseas.
Kelly is now expected to appear at a hearing rescheduled for May 7, 2019.
R. Kelly's lawyer filed the motion requesting permission for Kelly to leave the country in order to be able to perform at the concerts he had scheduled in Dubai for April 17 - 19.
The singer currently faces 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four victims, including at least three between the ages of 13 and 17 and was ordered by a judge to surrender his passport.
Kelly's attorney says the 52-year-old singer is also struggling to pay child support due to the cancellation of his Illinois concerts and being dropped by his recording label and needs to travel in order to make money.
