NEW YORK (1010 WINS) —Strong rains continue through the New York City area Friday morning, expected to eventually clear up for the first day of Summer.

The weather will turn windy and less humid with clouds and a few breaks for sun, and possibly a leftover shower and a high of 77.

Skies should clear up tonigh with a cool and comfortable low of 64 in the city, throough dropping into the 50s in some suburbs.

Saturday and Sunday should be pleasant and rain-free with temperatures in the low 80s.
