Trump expected in New Jersey this weekend

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- President Trump is scheduled to be in New Jersey this weekend, staying at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster.

The FAA issued a temporary flight restriction for the airspace around the golf club from Friday to Sunday, according to NJ.com.

Trump will not need to quarantine upon arrival in New Jersey from Maryland because he is considered an essential worker, Gov. Phil Murphy previously said.

Trump was last in New Jersey on June 11 and 12 for a campaign fundraiser.

However, he was last scheduled to be in New Jersey on June 26, but the trip was canceled that day.

Trump tweeted that day, "I was going to go to Bedminster, New Jersey, this weekend, but wanted to stay in Washington, D.C. to make sure LAW & ORDER is enforced. The arsonists, anarchists, looters, and agitators have been largely stopped..."
