NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- "Ant-Man" actor Paul Rudd handed out cookies Thursday to voters who stood in pouring rain while waiting in line to vote at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
"The reaction has been positive," Rudd told NowThis. "Every once in awhile somebody doesn't want anything to do with a cookie or talking to anybody, but usually people feel good because they've (voted) ... And so everybody is in a pretty good mood."
Video, above and below, captured Rudd handing out blueberry cookies to grateful -- and surprised -- voters.
"I was standing in line and I thought Paul was just there to vote, but then he starts handing out cookies to people in line," Brian Rosenworcel, drummer for the band Guster, told CNN. "And he waited to greet people as they exited to say thanks for voting in the rain."
