It’s a common question often asked of anyone in the know when discussing an injured baseball player: how is rehab progressing?

Noah Syndergaard has apparently been getting that question a lot lately, so he decided to just answer one Twitter query about it with this insane video:

Ponytail or not, the Thor hair is in full effect, and the form looks good as Syndergaard continues his comeback from Tommy John surgery.

That’s not the only thing of not on Thor’s Twitter, though; while his location still hasn’t changed to “Asgaard,” he did respond to Mets beat writer Anthony DiComo’s Tweet of a Steve Cohen quote from Tuesday’s presser with a GIF of someone running through a brick wall…and also made this his bio:

Dear Steve Cohen, Hi, I’m Noah. Some ppl call me Thor. I’m a Met, working out in Florida, and I just want to win for Mets fans just like you.

Taking some social media lessons from Marcus Stroman and Trevor Bauer, one of which will be his rotation-mate again in 2021…and one of which could be?
