After being separated from husband Brian Austin Green and starting a romance with Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox has officially filed for divorce.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Fox reportedly filed for divorce on Wednesday after nearly 10 and a half years of marriage to Green. Fox has reportedly asked for joint and legal custody of their three kids.
She also aims to terminate the possibility of either party receiving spousal support while Green seems to still be in favor of spousal support.
Fox and Green were married in Hawaii in June of 2010. They share three kids - 8-year-old Noah Shannon, 6-year-old Bodhi Ransom, and 4-year-old Journey River.
Fox has been open about her recent relationship with Machine Gun Kelly.
Fox described their relationship as a “once in a lifetime thing” and a connection of “mythic proportions.” Poetically adding that “loving him is like being in love with a tsunami or a forest fire.”
“The intensity of merging with him is just overwhelming, and the threat it poses is so powerful but so beautiful that you have no choice to surrender with reverence and with gratitude," she said.
MGK has also been open about their love, revealing in the same interview that during this time of "isolation, dehumanization, separation," he's grateful to have found someone to spend his time with.
“So finding someone that can take you out of the fast lane and make sure that you're safe, because at any minute you can crash — I love that it can evolve into that," he said.
