DeMarcus Lawrence And Tyrone Crawford Activated Off PUP List

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys got two big parts of their defense back on the field Tuesday for their first practice at the Star in Frisco. 
The Cowboys officially activated DeMarcus Lawrence and Tyrone Crawford off the PUP list and both players are participating in individual work today.

Lawrence has always believed he would be ready to play when the season kicked off. 

"I'll definitely be ready for the start of the season,'' Lawrence said when he signed his 5-year, $105 million deal in April. "I ain't worrying about that. It's just about getting it done and over with. That's all it is."

Lawrence underwent a procedure on his shoulder on April 11. The team said the injury had a four to six month recovery time, which puts him on the early side of that time frame.

Crawford returns after he underwent hip surgery in the offseason.
