Joey Gallo, Willie Calhoun, Delino Deshields and Jose Trevino were among the players to take part in blasting balls into the Globe Life Field (incomplete) seats.

Batting practice on a construction site... that’s a first for me! Can’t wait until we get to do this for real in 2020!---- pic.twitter.com/PZJkyoeIUx

Earlier Wednesday, the club announced the dimensions of the new ballpark, which will honor Rangers greats.

Seating capacity is approximately 40,000 for the stadium, which will open in March 2020.

The first regular-season home game is set for March 31 against the Los Angeles Angels.
