As you drive into Joshua from the South on State Highway 174, or Broadway Street...one of the first things you see is Joshua High School...standing proudly on the east side of the road. Just three years ago, the high school celebrated its 100th anniversary.
Galbreath Gymnasium and Acker Auditorium sit side-by-side on the property
And Owl Stadium sits just back off the road...it just celebrated its 10th anniversary.
As you continue North...go ahead and make that left onto Main Street and drive into downtown. Because it's being rennovated...there are two brand new restaurants and more to come. Development is really taking off in this town of 8,000
One of great attractions is the 2nd Saturday Farmer’s Market on 174 in front of the First Methodist Church of Joshua. You can find produce, honey, even hot sauce...the next one is October 17th.
