Should Dan Quinn bring Earl Thomas with him?

The Dallas Cowboys appear to be closing in on Dan Quinn being the new defensive coordinator for the franchise succeeding Mike Nolan.

Reports indicate that he is the favorite for the job and is highly regarded as a teacher of the game, specifically on defense.

Prior to his time as head coach for the Atlanta Falcons, Quinn was the DC for the Seattle Seahawks SB championship team.

Could he bring a fresh voice to the defense regardless of who remains on that side of the ball. Regardless of who in fact does become the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys, he will need to build a scheme that gets the most of the current players skill set.

Could Earl Thomas, formerly of the Seahawks under Quinn, join the team?
