Eric Nadel signs 2-year extension to remain Rangers broadcaster

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The voice of the Rangers will be back on the air next season, the club announced Monday afternoon.

Rangers broadcaster Eric Nadel agreed to a two-year deal to remain on the club's broadcasts on 105.3 The Fan in 2021 and 2022.

Next season will be Nadel's 43rd season with the club and his 27th year as the lead voice on the Rangers radio broadcasts.

Nadel was the 2014 recipient of the Ford C. Fick Award, an award given annually for excellence in broadcasting by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.

He was inducted in the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame in 2012.
