It's still "dead season" in the National Football League, but that doesn't mean that there isn't plenty to talk about with teams set to begin training camp late next week.

On Monday night, NFL writer for Pro Football Guru and FanSided, Russell S. Baxter, joined Last Call with Terry Ford. Baxter shared his thoughts on NFL owners proposing an 18-game regular season schedule in which all players would be required to sit out two contests. This proposal is one of the many issues that will come to the forefront with the league's collective bargaining agreement set to expire after the 2020 season.
