OWINGS MILLS -- Running back Mark Ingram was back at practice on Thursday during the open viewing portion for media  Ingram suffered a "mild-to-moderate" calf strain in Cleveland during Week 16.  He hasn't practiced in over two weeks.

For what it's worth, Ingram looked comfortable stretching and running through a warmup. We didn't get to see him do full-speed drills or anything like that.

On Tuesday, head coach John Harbaugh was asked about an update on Ingram.

"We’re not talking about injuries this week. We’ll just wait and see.  You’ll know on [Saturday> on all those guys.”

Offensive coordinator Greg Roman said to the media on Wednesday that the running back was "day-to-day."

Ingram was moving around well and not favoring his injured calf.  With Ingram missing both Tuesday and Wednesday practices, it was skeptical whether he would be at practice on Thursday.  Ravens play in their first playoff game this Saturday against the Titans.
