Toning and stretching that wallet, getting ready for Black Friday?  Despite the fact that 52% of Americans say Black Friday deals aren't the best. 

Wallet Hub did some digging to find what is this year. 

They compared "pre Black Friday" prices against ACTUAL Black Friday prices. 

They found the LG 6.3 cubit foot Electric Range truly is worth it, IF, consumers can wait till Friday to buy. 

An additional $600 bucks can be saved. 

Wallet Hub also reports so as to not get trapped into thinking something is a great deal just because it's Black Friday, the discount percent to aim for is 40%.

Belk, JCPenney, Kohl's and Dick Sporting Goods are offering the best deals according to Wallet Hub.

With 52 percent of American consumers saying that Black Friday no longer offers the best deals of the year, the personal-finance website WalletHub took an in-depth look at 2019's Best Things to Buy on Black Friday.

WalletHub determined that 18 percent of items offer no savings compared with their pre-Black Friday prices. To find out whether shoppers are really getting the best deals, WalletHub compared the “Pre-Black Friday Price” against the actual Black Friday price of a broad selection of items.

In doing so, WalletHub identified the offers that are truly worth the hassle of partaking in the year’s biggest shopping craze. Top 10 Deals (Additional Discount for Waiting Until Black Friday)

Personal-finance website WalletHub released its report on 2019’s Best Stores for Black Friday as well as accompanying videos.WalletHub surveyed nearly 8,000 deals from 29 of the biggest U.S. retailers’ 2019 Black Friday ad scans to identify the stores offering the biggest discounts in various product categories such as “Appliances,” “Jewelry” and “Toys.”The following are some highlights from the report:

 Key Stats

Stage has the highest overall discount rate at 69.83 percent, whereas Ace Hardware has the lowest at 11.77 percent.

The overall average discount for Black Friday is 40 percent. Consumers should aim for this discount amount or higher to avoid Black-Friday traps.

The “Apparel & Accessories” category has the biggest share of discounted items, 22.80 percent of all offers, whereas the “Consumer Packaged Goods” category has the smallest at 3.04 percent.
