Face Masks are in extremely high demand.

Over the weekend Governor of NY, Andrew Cuomo, reported competing with other states to buy masks.

Consider the craft yourself, make your own mask or inquire with a seamstress.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention does provide some information about homemade masks:

HCP use of homemade masks:In settings where facemasks are not available, HCP might use homemade masks (e.g., bandana, scarf) for care of patients with COVID-19 as a last resort.
However, homemade masks are not considered PPE, since their capability to protect HCP is unknown.
Caution should be exercised when considering this option.
Homemade masks should ideally be used in combination with a face shield that covers the entire front (that extends to the chin or below) and sides of the face.

If you decide to make your own, be sure to use 100% cotton material.  Wearing a mask will help assist in keeping you from touching your face.

NOTE:  THE CDC REPORTS HOMEMADE MASKS ARE NOT CONSIDERED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SINCE THEIR CAPABILITY TO PROTECT IS UNKNOWN.
