Released by the Office of the South Carolina Attorney General.

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson found out today that he was near someone who has since tested positive for COVID-19 so he will quarantine himself and work from home for the next 14 days.

He feels fine and has no symptoms but is taking this precaution to comply with CDC guidelines.

He’s announcing this publicly because he’s had to cancel meetings and wants to encourage everyone to follow CDC guidelines on COVID-19.
