Zeoli: There is No Dying Wish Clause in the Constitution

Today on The Rich Zeoli Show, the Republicans have the votes to confirm whoever President Trump nominates. Democrats are trying to play the sympathy card by trying to honor the late Justice Ginsburg dying wish of waiting until after the election to replace her. Problem is there is no “dying wish” clause in the Constitution.
