Eli Manning may be retired from the NFL but he is still getting knocked around — only this time it’s on the slopes.
The former New York Giants quarterback took his kids skiing this week and tried to capture some of the family fun on the mountains by taking a video of them on his phone.
The only problem was that the two-time Super Bowl champion, whose athleticism was never the most graceful, seemed to struggle with the balancing act of recording while skiing and completely wiped out on the mountains.
Manning, always the good sport, decided to share the footage on Twitter with the caption, “This is what happens when I try to ski and film my kdis at the same time.”
The 40-year-old ex-quarterback was chuckling throughout the fall and when a nearby skier asked if he was OK, Manning replied,” Yeah.”
Surely it was nothing compared to some — 411 to be exact — of the sacks he took in his 16-year career.
