(670 The Score) The Cubs released their summer camp roster Sunday, five days before they'll gather for on-field workouts again as the restart of the MLB season awaits.

The Cubs will have 39 players training at Wrigley Field in Chicago and another 11 working out in South Bend, the home of their Class-A affiliate. There were no big surprises on the Cubs' roster, which at 50 players currently leaves room for 10 more players to be added -- externally or internally -- later. The Cubs figure to evaluate their options on the waiver wire.

Some of the Cubs' top prospects will train in South Bend, including 21-year-old left-hander Brailyn Marquez, 20-year-old outfielder Brennen Davis and 21-year-old catcher Miguel Amaya.
