(670 The Score) The Bears activated star safety Eddie Jackson from the COVID-19 reserve list Friday morning.
Jackson was deemed a close contact to an individual outside the organization who tested positive for the virus. He was never exposed to the Bears during the time he was considered a close contact and has since been cleared.
Jackson is now eligible to play when the Bears (5-5) visit the Packers (7-3) on Sunday night at Lambeau Field. A two-time Pro Bowler, Jackson has 58 tackles this season.
