White Sox Activate Reliever Jace Fry

(670 The Score) The White Sox have reinstated lefty reliever Jace Fry from the injury list, they announced Tuesday.

Fry had been sidelined by back spasms. He has a 3.65 ERA in 13 relief appearances and had thrown 8 1/3 scoreless innings consecutively before being injured.

In a corresponding move, Chicago optioned left-hander Bernardo Flores Jr. to its alternate camp in Schaumburg. He has allowed two earned runs in two innings of work for the White Sox this season. He made his MLB debut on Sept. 3.
