Chico and Peterlin: Should it be all hands on deck for the Indians?

Major League Baseball is getting set to return for their shortened 60 game season and the Cleveland Indians have turned in their expanded roster for 2020.  One notable name for the Tribe is P Carlos Carrasco, who is considered higher risk following his leukemia diagnosis last year. Mike "Chico" Bormann and Jonathan Peterlin (in for Ken Carman and Anthony Lima) discuss whether Cookie should be out there this season and if it's worth starting a young rookie's service time, like Nolan Jones, just for a chance to win it all this season.
