Two Solid Transfers Considering the University of Memphis Basketball Team

DeAndre Williams,  a 6’9” forward that averaged 15.2 ppg and 6.9 rpg at Evansville, is considering the University of Memphis as he is set to transfer. Williams also shot 64.8% from the field and 45.5% from the 3-point line. Williams is considering Arkansas, Baylor, Memphis and Kentucky.  

Jose Perez, a 6'5" guard that averaged 15.2 ppg, 6.5 rpg & 4.2 apg at Garnder-Webb, is also considering the University of Memphis in his transfer look. Perez played just 22 games last season due to injury. 

Both Jose Perez and DeAndre Williams have 2 years of eligibility remaining wherever they end up. Perez’s other finalists are Illinois, Georgia Tech, Marquette and Iowa State. Williams is also considering Kentucky, Baylor and Arkansas.
