There are plenty of places that are more or less perfect environments to watch an Eagles game. There's The Linc (obviously). There's a plethora of bars and restaurants throughout the city that locals prefer over any others, giving them all the nostalgia and familiarity they'd need for an optimal viewing experience. There's the simplicity of watching on the couch with family if that's your preference, which is what I like to do.

But the house at 701 Garwood Road in Moorestown, New Jersey, listed by Long & Foster Real Estate, might take the cake. There are a couple of reasons why. The first is that the house was recently occupied by none other than Super Bowl-winning head coach Doug Pederson — the image below should serve as sufficient evidence that this is the case.

There's also the fact that you'll have an ideal viewing experience in the family room, with "2 flat screen TVs and an oversized antiqued cast stone fireplace with slate surround and hearth," which is just one awesome tidbit from the description of the decked out house. Among the other features, according to Zillow's listing, are:

- 3.2-acre property with 4 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms
- Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, 2 sub-zero refrigerators and a butler's pantry.
- Luxurious master suite with custom built-in closets and a gas fireplace.
- In-ground pool and blue stone patio in backyard with outdoor fireplace, wet bar, barbecue area and hot tub.
- Golf simulator
- Finished basement with gym, wine room, media/game room and more.

But if that doesn't convince you that this house is an epitome of the Philadelphia Eagles' spirit, maybe the fact that the listing agent behind the sale is Janet Cantwell-Papale with Long & Foster Real Estate — the wife of inspirational "Invincible" icon Vince Papale — will do the trick. She noted how the incredible property has quite the pedigree, and I'd say that she's right on in that appraisal. She also reiterated how the Papales continue to define themselves as the "ultimate dreamers," something that could get imprinted on whoever is lucky enough to become its newest resident(s).

You'd be hard-pressed to find another place with such a lasting legacy left behind as 701 Garwood Road, and it can be yours if you have a few (million) extra bucks to spare.
