Hall of Fame running back Emmitt Smith, who spent 13 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, joined John and Hugh ahead of Super Bowl 53.
Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams will feature two premiere backs in Todd Gurley and Sony Michel. So who does Smith think will have the bigger impact?
"I think both of them can be neutralized because it takes--if you give two weeks to prepare for your running game, that's the one thing that's going to suffer the most. Every defensive player, every defensive coach, coordinator comes into the game, 'stop the run first, stop the run first.' That might be the case come Sunday."
Smith says the outcome of this year's Super Bowl will be determined by the running game.
"I don't expect either team to really run the ball that well, but if you have a team that has a great running game come Sunday, that team will probably end up winning the game."
