It's news that Atlanta United fans didn't want to hear but expected to hear.

Atlanta Journal Constitution's Doug Roberson tweeted that centerback Miles Robinson will not play in Saturday's playoff game against the New England Revolution.

Robinson injured his hamstring in a U.S. National Team's post-training session following a 7-0 win over Cuba last Friday night.

Eales: "He goes on international duty, and 11 o'clock at night after a game where he sat on the bench, they're doing a hard training session and he's doing sprints and he pulls his hamstring. Just really disappointed that he was put in that position."

With the 2019 MLS Defender of the Year finalist out, United's Frank de Boer must come up with a replacement on a week's notice. How much do you trust him to get it right?

"Here goes his shot to see what he does to replace a guy like Miles," Randy McMichael said.

"Replacing star players is hard, and injuries are often times a reason why a great team doesn't achieve it's potential, but if Frank de Boer can come up with something...that would go a long way, Randy, in terms of answering that 'if you trust Frank de Boer a lot' or if you're looking for more reasons to trust Frank de Boer, he comes up with a great game plan on Saturday, you're going to trust him even more than you did."
