Julio Jones will not play Week 3 vs. Bears

Julio Jones will not play Sunday versus the Chicago Bears as the Atlanta Falcons will look to propel their high-powered offense without, arguably, the league's best receiver.

Jones was among several starters who will miss Atlanta's Week 3 game.

Kendall Sheffield and Ricardo Allen are big losses among the defensive backfield. The team also added A.J. Terrell to the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday.

Takk McKinley and Deadrin Senat will be missed along the defensive line and Foye Oluokun did much last week versus Dallas before leaving the game.

Jones hasn't found the end zone this season for the Falcons, but opens open so many opportunities for other Atlanta options, mainly Calvin Ridley. Jones, through two games, has 11 catches for 181 yards.
