Atlanta United are getting ready to face off against Nashville SC on Saturday, with a kickoff at 7 p.m. The last time they were on the pitch, they did not have a good showing.
They have since fired their manager, Frank de Boer, and are looking to hit the reset button on their season. Stephen Glass enters the picture as the interim manager.
Kevin Egan, of FOX Sports South, joined The Jon Chuckery Show to shed some light on the new guy in charge. Egan thinks that Glass has already made an impact.
"The players are really happy right now,” Egan said.
With Glass having the interim tag, it remains to be seen if that will be the difference in getting United back on track.
It is obvious that there is a certain level of expectation that comes with being the head coach of this team. Let’s see if Glass is up to the challenge.
