There was one big question as the Georgia Bulldogs entered their bye-week: What will Kirby Smart do at the quarterback position? Well, now that the team is back on the practice field preparing to take on Kentucky, it appears Smart is sticking with Stetson Bennett.
Bennett took most of the backlash from Georgia fans after he had a less than stellar performance against the Alabama prior to the bye-week. He was 18-of-40 passing for 269 yards with 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. (Note, two of the picks came off tipped or batted balls).
Many fans wondered if this would be the week J.T. Daniels could get his first official start at Georgia or if D'Wan Mathis would get another chance to start. But it appears Smart is staying steadfast with Bennett, for now.
