Georgia Tech has had an up-and-down season in 2020, but now it's time to prove the program is taking the steps forward in year two under Geoff Collins.
The season-opening win over Florida State was followed by a ugly performance against Syracuse.
After a blowout of Louisville, the Yellow Jackets suffered their ugliest loss in a long time to Clemson.
But Geoff Collins' program is entering a game that is not only winnable, but one of those games that you want to see the team take the steps forward that we've all been promised they would.
Georgia Tech is a young team, they're going to make mistakes, but do we see the growth of a team that learns from mistakes and starts to eliminate them?
John and Hugh take a look at Tech's weekend game with Boston College and why it's an important one to have for Geoff Collins.
"Right now Coach Collins has said to that regardless of what happens this is the group I’m going to roll with," says Hugh Douglas. "You’re at the point now, this point in the season, going to play Boston College, a winnable game, you have to start to turn the corner, stop making mistakes, and this is the weekend to start moving in that direction."
Georgia Tech will kick off against Boston College at Alumni Stadium at 4pm ET on Saturday afternoon.
