In just the past few weeks, Second Harvest has seen 30%-40% increase in requests for food assistance across the Triad, even greated in some areas. Which is exactly why The Wolf is hosting a Virtual Food Drive to help Feed the Need!In this interview, Eric Aft from Second Harvest talks about how coronavirus has impacted hunger in the Triad, how Second Harvest is doing everything they can to meet the ever-growing need for food assistance, and how you can help, both through donations and as a volunteer. Also, ironically enough, Eric is recovering from his own very serious case of COVID-19, and he was willing to share about his own, frighetning battle with the illnes.
