PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - If you’re looking for a way to give back to the environment, try giving up one meal a week that is ‘meat-free’ during World Meat Free Week, June 17th-23rd.

According to their website, experts say that by 2050, the developed world will need to reduce their meat consumption by 50%.

Meat Free Week's website offers meatless recipes as well as a sustainability calculator that shows what one meat-free meal does for the environment.
The calculator is very interesting, check it out HERE as well as learning more about the benefits of a meat-free lifestyle!
