Pittsburgh Penguins Player Tests Positive For COVID-19


PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - A Pittsburgh Penguins players has tested positive for COVID-19.

The Penguins say that the unnamed player is not currently in Pittsburgh and has been in isolation at his home since he first started experiencing symptoms.

They report he is recovering and feeling well.

Those who have been in close contact with the player have been notified.

“The health and safety of our players, fans, staff, and community remains our highest priority. The club will have no further update at this time,” the Penguins said in a statement.
