The veteran was expected to begin the year in right field with Gregory Polanco still on the IL.

Chisenhall has a history of missing playing time. While with the Indians he frequently missed time due to calf issues.

Chisenhall’s replacement 34-year-old Melky Cabrera has done well in right for the Bucs so far in 2019 batting .367 in 16 games with 4 R.B.I’s and 3 doubles.
