
The Pittsburgh Pirates have avoided arbitration with the remaining nine players that were arbitration-eligible this upcoming season on Friday.
The Bucs agreed to terms with pitchers Steven Brault, Kyle Crick, Chad Kuhl, Joe Musgrove, Richard Rodriguez and Chris Stratton, as well as infielders Adam Frazier and Colin Moran and catcher Jacob Stallings.
Pirates MLB beat reporter Adam Berry revealed that Musgrove and Frazier made $4.45 million and $4.3 million respectively.
The Pirates also signed a top-ten prospect on the international market on Firday.
16-year-old Shalin Polanco was signed to a $2.3 million deal.
