Through the first five games of the 2020 NFL season, Ben Roethlisberger says his surgically repaired elbow “feels great.”
“No setbacks, no issues, every once in a while I’ll bump it on the ground or get his and I’ll feel at it, but those are more just bumps, nothing on the surgical site,” said Roethlisberger during his weekly press conference Wednesday.
The 38-year-old is having one of the better starts to a season in in career.
He’s thrown for 1,178 yard with 11 touchdowns and only one interception with a total quarterback rating of 109.1.
The season is still early but it looks like General Manger Kevin Colbert’s prediction that Roethlisberger could come back better than ever are coming true.
