Several Steelers missed practice on Wednesday as the Steelers prepare for their toughest test of the season against the 4-1 Cleveland Browns.
Center Maurkice Pouncy and guard David DeCastro both missed with a foot and abdominal injury respectively.
Both were injured during last Sunday’s game in Philadelphia and Coach Tomlin said Tuesday he expected their participation to be limited, but did not rule anyone out.
Receiver Dionate Johnson also missed after suffering a back injury during the Eagles game.
Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Eric Ebron (hand) also missed.
Linebacker T.J. Watt was limited with a shoulder injury.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and defensive end Stephon Tuitt both got veteran days off.
There was some good news, full back Derek Watt and linebacker Marcus Allen both practice in full after suffering hamstring and foot injuries respectively in the Week 3 game against the Texans.
