Steelers disrespected by oddsmakers in Ravens matchup?

At 6-0, Pittsburgh is +3 against Baltimore

So the Steelers are the only undefeated team left in the NFL. You think that would earn them some respect from the oddsmakers, right? That's not the case for their week 8 matchup in Baltimore with the Ravens.

The Steelers opened as a 5.5 point underdog (+5.5) to the Ravens. I hope you got the line when it first opened because it's already on the move. The line has now settled at Ravens +3.5 for the past few days.

My guess is that line will have some slight movement between now and kickoff on Sunday. I'd bet that +3.5 is the best line you'll get the Steelers on at this point.

One big reason why the Ravens opened as such heavy favorites probably has to do with the fact that the Ravens are coming off a bye and the Steelers aren't (thanks a lot Titans).

John Harbaugh and a rested Ravens team against a Steelers team coming off a physical matchup with the Titans, then going on the road in the AFC North certainly tips the scale to Baltimore.

Most weeks I don't love betting the line early because I like to see what kind of movement there is, but this week, getting the leagues last undefeated team +5.5 was just too good to pass up.
