According to a report, The Big Ten conference’s Task force is preparing a presentation that will show a way to return to sports.
Yahoo Sport’s Pete Thamel says the report could be released in the coming days.
Thamel says “there are many variables and sub-committees involved.”
He adds what is important is “if the medical standards aren’t where they need to be – tests, contact tracing and myocarditis – they’ll be no vote.”
The Big Ten has faced some strong criticism from Penn State coach Ben Franklin and Ohio State Coach Ryan Day.
On Friday, Buckeye’s offensive lineman Wyatt Davis declared for the NFL draft after claiming with the season getting pushed back and no communication from the Big Ten’s commissioner, he and his family decided it was best to move forward.
Day hinted in a message expressing disappointment with the Big Then that the “medical subcommittee has done an excellent job of creating a safe pathway toward returning to play in mid-October.”
