It's no secret that the Eagles will be heavily focused on wide receiver in this year's NFL Draft, specifically when it comes to the No. 21 overall selection.

What is, at least somewhat, a secret is that Denzel Mims says he has spoken with the Eagles four to five times last week.

"I actually have talked to the Eagles a lot," Mims told Jon Marks & Ike Reese on Thursday's Mark & Reese Show. "I felt like I killed the interview."

Have the Eagles shown Mims the most interest?

"I believe so," Mims said. "I talked to them a lot. At the combine, the Senior Bowl and even after. After the combine I've talked to them a lot.

"I can see myself being (in Philadelphia). I only been there one time and I really didn't do too much, because I wasn't familiar with the city."

Mims is the 12th graded WR in this year's class, a loaded one at that, according to NFL.com's grading system. Mims is one of the fastest receivers in the draft, running a 4.36 40-yard dash and achieving a 115.6 speed score (96th-percentile). Mims also has a 10.34 catch radius (96th-percentile).

Mims caught 66 balls for 1,020 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior at Baylor. Mims also had a 60-catch, 1,000-yard season as a sophomore and racked up 30 total touchdowns over his final three seasons in college.

"I'm a great blocker, contested catches, I'm a tall receiver and a fluid," Mims said describing himself. "I feel like a got that dog in me, especially when it comes to blocking. And you can teach someone to be tough, it's either in you or it's not."
