Jackson, who missed almost all of the 2019 season with a core muscle injury, is looking to bounce back and have a big season No. 13 after surgery and is looking good.

Earlier this summer, Wentz was working out with rookie WR Jalen Reagor and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside in Houston, but Jackson was not there.

Now, obviously this isn't a huge deal, but it is interesting to see Hurts and Jackson immediately developing a relationship---which is a good thing. After the Eagles controversially and surprisingly drafted the dual-threat QB in the second round, the speculation about the reasons why swirled. Howie Roseman, Doug Pederson and the Eagles maintain that they are committed to Wentz, emphasized by his recent four-year extension worth $128 million (over $100 million guaranteed).

Pederson has stated that Hurts, due to challenges associated with the 2020 season amid COVID-19, could potentially start the season as the No. 3 QB behind Wentz and Nate Sudfeld.
